You don’t have to come “washed and blow dried,” “photo ready,” or walk on eggshells with me. This is a space where you can relax and be taken care of properly. When you book with me, you’re booking a luxury, detail-driven experience curated for clients who value quality, consistency, and care. Deposits go toward: • Hair purchase (if included) • Custom color services • Appointment reservation Deposits are subtracted from total, not an additional fee. Once hair is purchased or altered (colored, toned, etc.), the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance. ⸻ Consultation Policy Consultations are highly recommended for all first-time clients, custom color services, microlinks, K-tips, or major transformations. Consultations allow us to discuss your desired look, hair condition, maintenance, and pricing to ensure we are aligned before your appointment. Failure to book a consultation for services that require one may result in your appointment being declined or adjusted. ⸻ Rescheduling Policy Appointments may be rescheduled by you, once, with at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide proper notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit. ⸻ Late Policy There is a 15-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited. If you are more than 30 minutes late without communication, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 30% of your service total. ⸻ No Call, No Show This results in immediate cancellation, and you will not be able to book again without approval. ⸻ Hair and Custom Color Policy All hair orders and color services are final sale. Once hair has been altered, it cannot be refunded or exchanged. If you purchased hair but cannot make your appointment, hair will be available for pick up or shipping. No refunds. ⸻ Scheduling Disclaimer Please do not book on the day of your event. Although your time slot is secured with a deposit, start and completion times are not guaranteed on busy days. Every client is provided the same level of care and attention. Please communicate with me so we can correlate the best time & day for your service. ⸻ Service Satisfaction Policy All services are final sale. Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If you have any concerns, they must be addressed before leaving your appointment. Adjustments will not be made once you have left the chair. Do not leave unsatisfied or uncomfortable - Please talk to me and allow me to correct anything you’re not satisfied with. ⸻ Hair Disclaimer I am not responsible for the outcome of services performed on hair not purchased through me. The quality of outside hair may affect the final result. If there are any issues with hair provided by me, please let me know and I will accommodate you properly. ⸻ Longevity Disclaimer The longevity of your style depends on proper maintenance and lifestyle factors, including but not limited to sweat, weather, skincare, and daily upkeep. Results are not guaranteed beyond the completion of your service. ⸻ Right to Refuse Service I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason, including but not limited to lateness, inappropriate behavior, or failure to follow booking policies. ⸻ Emergency Policy In the rare case of an emergency on my end, every effort will be made to: • Reschedule your appointment • Complete your service at a discounted rate • Provide your customized hair Refunds are not issued for completed hair purchases or custom services. ⸻ Guest Policy No extra guests unless they are being serviced. ⸻ Payment Policy The remaining balance is due at your appointment. Accepted forms of payment include cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, or After Pay. ⸻ Client Preparation and Care Guidelines • Detangling Requirement If you have recently taken down braids, please come detangled and combed out as much as possible, especially if you are booked for a shampoo service. Failure to do so will result in an additional $50 fee. ⸻ • Dry Bundles Requirement Please do not bring wet bundles for quick weaves. At minimum, the tracks must be dried to the best of your ability. Failure to do so will result in an additional $50 fee. ⸻ • Additional Services Notice Please be respectful of other clients scheduled after you. If you require additional services such as a takedown, rinse, or relaxer retouch prior to your appointment, you must notify me in advance. Last-minute add-ons are not guaranteed and may result in your appointment being adjusted or declined. ⸻ • Unclaimed Items Policy If you fail to pick up hair, wig orders, or forget your bundles, you have up to 2 weeks to retrieve them. After 2 weeks without communication, items will be discarded. Due to high client volume, I am not responsible for forgotten items. ⸻ • Install Maintenance Responsibility Frontals and closures must be maintained at home. Please wrap your hair and take proper care of your install. Be mindful of sweat, excessive makeup, oily skin, weather, and any other factors that may affect the longevity of your style. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
